By video: YouTube defies Apple and creates a folding screen for an iPhone.

YouTube Scotty Allen, owner of Strange Parts, has decided to try to make a foldable iPhone screen from his home, using available techniques and materials.

Recently there have been rumors that Apple is looking to develop prototypes of foldable iPhone models, leading the company to own foldable smartphone technologies such as its rivals Motorola and Samsung.

Allen published a video showing the purpose of building a flexible "AMOL" screen, which he managed to achieve, to some extent, where he succeeded in creating an external flexible iPhone screen that operates on an IOS system.

Allen Allen requested two flexible calendars from the “Ali Express” electronic commerce site to conduct a review. One is very fine, about 0.3 meters in diameter, about three pages wide, while the other is slightly thicker, and therefore less flexible.

The softer, more flexible screen, for example, has suffered from being folded; it has become a little divided.

Allen says that although the work on this project was fun, it cost a lot of money, because both models cost about 500 dollars, so if something goes wrong, like the crack that hit the thin screen, it means a good amount of money.

In general, it's wonderful to watch the video, how to create a flexible iPhone screen; but it can be considered a more fun project than a real prototype for future flexible calendars.
