The curtain fell on the journey of the Artists Syndicate, Zuhair Ramadan.
With hearts filled with sadness and eyes filled with tears, the companions of the march and the friends of the path lifted the body of their captain on their shoulders on the path of farewell, describing him as the man who carried their concerns in his heart until his last moments.
Information Minister Dr. Boutros Hallaq said in a statement to reporters, "The late Zuhair Ramadan was a great figure in trade union work and during his membership in the People's Assembly, and the owner of an important project."
Assistant Minister of Information Ahmed Dhawa pointed out that the late was the bearer of a Syrian message with his stances and art, and was able to leave a mark on the local and Arab art scene through many of his roles that won wide fame, describing his departure as a great loss for art and the homeland. And the deputy head of the Musical Artists Syndicate, Hadi Parsley, expressed his deep sorrow at the passing of a friend of his beautiful memories for many years, who was a human being before he was an artist and the patriot par excellence, considering his departure as a tragedy for the Syrian and Arab drama that stole one of the legends of Syrian art.
With her tears that did not stop for the departure of a friend of her artistic career, Reem Abdel Aziz, she said, "Everyone is sad for the passing of one of the statures of art in Syria, who was a loving, generous, sincere person, with a presence, a sincere word, and an attitude."
Tamader Ghanem, head of the Damascus branch of the Union of Artists, expressed her pain over the departure of a great artistic figure, such as the star Zuhair Ramadan, who lived and died great in his morals, attitudes, and love for Syria.
A friend of the late Mohsen Ghazi since his school days confirmed that the artist Ramadan enjoyed a large space in the hearts of his fans and followers, and brought him together with him many common details, so he was creative at all levels and an added value to art.
