Samsung DeX base to turn your phone into a computer

Samsung has unveiled the new Samsung DeX Station docking station that allows users to place their Galaxy S8 phones on it and connect it with an external monitor, keyboard and mouse in order to turn a smartphone into a personal computer.

The dock includes an HDMI port and two USB 2.0 ports, as well as a USB Type-C port for charging, and it should be noted that this dock allows you to use biometric technologies on the Galaxy S8 to log in.

When you pair the Galaxy S8 with it, you get an interface designed entirely for large external screens, rather than the usual Android interface, and you can run multiple apps in resizable windows.
