The Minister of Housing issues two decisions to remove encroachments and occupations in the cities of Tenth of Ramadan and New Taiba

Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, issued two administrative decisions to remove encroachments and occupations in the cities of (New Tiba and Tenth of Ramadan).

The Minister affirmed that the Ministry of Housing, represented by the new city agencies, will continue to remove all types of violations and abuses in the new cities, in order to preserve their aesthetic appearance, and to prevent the emergence of any slums in them, in application of the law, and the right of the state.

The two decisions issued by the Minister of Housing stipulated the removal of infringements and occupations and the seizure of some plots of land in the Tenth of Ramadan City, with an area of ​​about 40 acres in the Fifth and Seventh Forests, without a legal basis, as well as the removal of infringements and occupations and the seizure of two plots of land with an area of ​​about 2025 .75 m2 owned by the Authority and subject to the jurisdiction of the New Thebes City Authority.

The two decisions also stipulated that the agencies of the 10th of Ramadan and New Taiba cities, with the assistance of the reconstruction police and the specialized police department, would implement the removals.
