Supporting people with special needs, empowering them and qualifying them to integrate in public life, a goal that the state seeks to reach, and has taken many measures for that, so it was one of the first concerns of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi since his assumption of the Presidency of the Republic is to pay attention to people with determination and improve their conditions.

The President began with the announcement of the year 2018 as a year for them, and then the legislation and laws changed to give them their rights that have been neglected for many years, and from that time the state is working to improve their social and economic conditions, so a decent life initiative had a major role in this through rehabilitation and building new centers to qualify them.

26 centers for rehabilitation of people with determination at the level of the Republic and the establishment of 22 others
