"Dynamix" invests 300 million pounds in after-sales service and maintenance centers for "Fiat" cars

"Dynamix Distribution", the local agent for the Italian brand "Fiat" in Egypt, announced the establishment of a number of after-sales service and maintenance centers in the governorates of "Cairo, Giza, Assiut, and Minya" with investments amounting to about 300 million pounds; This is in light of covering all areas with maintenance centers through which it is possible to raise the level of services provided to customers.

Engineer Emad Helmy, CEO of the company, said that Dynax succeeded, during the last period, in achieving a boom in the sales of the Italian brand in Egypt thanks to the company's advanced strategy that focuses on customer care and investment in the provision of service centers, in addition to providing models that fit with the requirements of the local market.

Helmy added that the company seeks to maintain the relative stability of the prices of its models, compared to European brands that have witnessed significant price increases during the last period.

He pointed out that his company was able to deal with the global crises that faced the auto industry globally, which is the shortage of components and parts for electronic chips used in manufacturing processes.

He explained that Dynamics is also committed to expanding the scale of local investments based on the brand's values.

According to data issued by the Automotive Market Information Council (AMIC), "Fiat Tipo" acquired the largest market share of sales of medium passenger cars by 29%, with a total of about 1,670 vehicles during last January.
