لا يخفى مرسي عطا الله كما يرى في “الأهرام” سعادته بقدرة مصر في السنوات الأخيرة على النأى بنفسها عن لعبة الاستقطاب العالمي في مستنقع الأزمات المتفجرة، وآخرها الأزمة الأوكرانية وانخرطت بكل الجد واجتهاد في أضخم عملية للبناء والتنمية من خلال مشروعات متنوعة تحمل في طياتها سلسلة من الأدلة التي لا تحتمل التأويل، على قوة وصدق الإرادة السياسية باتجاه إعادة بناء الدولة المصرية بمعدلات عالية من السرعة والجودة. ما يجري في مصر حاليا بينما نيران الصراعات ينتشر لهيبها في بؤر عديدة من العالم، خير دليل على أننا نتحرك وبصدق صوب أهداف عظيمة تدور في خلد هذا الشعب منذ سنوات بعيدة. ما يجري في مصر الآن وسط عالم مضطرب يؤكد وجود رؤية عميقة وثاقبة تدرك وعن يقين أن تأمين الحاضر والتأهب للمستقبل أكبر وأعمق من انتهاج مواقف عنترية أو رفع شعارات يغيب عنها قدرة الفصل بين الممكن والمستحيل. ما يجري في مصر الآن يؤكد صحة إدراكنا بأن الطريق إلى البناء والتنمية وتجنب الانزلاق إلى المعارك الدبلوماسية والحروب العبثية، قد يكون طريقا شاقا وطويلا لكن يقربنا منه دائما استمرار امتلاكنا الإرادة السياسية القوية مع وضوح وشفافية الرؤية الاجتماعية، التي تتلاءم مع ظروفنا وإمكانياتنا، ولكي أكون أمينا وصادقا فإننى أقول إننا نستكمل طريقاً خطونا عليه من قبل مرات عديدة، لكننا تعثرنا بسبب انغماسنا الطوعي أو الاضطراري في صراعات إقليمية تكلفت الكثير، أما اليوم فالأمر جد مختلف، وهذا هو الفارق بين تجربتنا اليوم وما سبقها من تجارب وما واجهناه من تحديات.

أي حاجة

تلك القائمة الطويلة من المنتجات والسلع التي تغزو أسواقنا، كما كشف محمد أحمد طنطاوي في “اليوم السابع” دون هوية أو ماركة معروفة أو مواصفات فنية، مواد بلا فائدة، قمامة العالم، ندفع ثمنها بالعملة الصعبة، وتستنزف اقتصادنا دون أن ندري، وأغلبها رديئة ولا تصلح للاستخدام، وتسيطر عليها أدوات الزينة ولعب الأطفال، ومع ذلك تحقق مكاسب خيالية لأصحابها، حتى صارت علامة “أي حاجة بـ 2.5” تملأ الشوارع. محلات “أي حاجة بـ 2.5″، لا تقدم عائدا للمجتمع، فقط تخلق طلبا على السلع المغشوشة والمقلدة والاستفزازية، إضافة إلى المواد الضارة المستخدمة في التصنيع، مثل البلاستيك الرديء والخامات التي خضعت لإعادة التدوير، لذلك لا يمكن أن تشتري سلعة أو منتجا له قيمة من هذه المحال، لكن انتشارها واعتمادها على ألعاب الأطفال بصورة أساسية، والمنتجات رخيصة الثمن يجعلها في مقدمة اختيارات الأسر الفقيرة والمتوسطة. الانتشار الكبير لمحال “أي حاجة بـ 2.5” لافت للنظر، ودليل على المكاسب الكبيرة التي تحققها هذه التجارة الفاسدة، التي لا تدر أي عائد على المجتمع، ولا تخلق فرص عمل، ولا تحفز على الإنتاج، فقط تدعم النمط الاستهلاكي، وتستنزف العملة الأجنبية، وتدار من خلال مجموعة أباطرة يعملون في مجال استيراد البضائع الصينية المقلدة منخفضة الجودة، وقد تمكنوا من إغراق السوق بهذه المنتجات حتى صارت في القرى والريف، بل والأحياء الراقية في القاهرة والجيزة. تخيل لو تم استبدال محلات “أي حاجة بـ 2.5” بنشاط تجاري أو صناعي له عائد على المجتمع، مثل ورشة لماكينات الخياطة، أو مصنع صغير لمنتجات الألبان، أو منحل للعسل، أو ورشة لإصلاح السيارات أو حتى حظيرة لتربية المواشي، فكل ما سبق له عائد مباشر على الفرد والمجتمع، ويخلق فرص عمل، ويدعم الاقتصاد ويسارع من معدلات النمو، ويحفز على العمل والإنتاج، وينقل الخبرات والتجارب، ويطور المهن الحرفية والصناعية، فهذه الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باتت عمود الاقتصاد في العديد من دول العالم، ولنا في تجربة الصين والهند عبرة، خاصة أن هذه الصناعات تمثل أولوية وأساس لزيادة معدلات النمو وتحسين دخل الفرد.
