The decree specifies the conditions and modalities of distance learning for the benefit of learners in the institutions of education and school, vocational and university training in the public and private sectors.

According to the requirements of the decree, the provision of distance learning professors of primary education, preparatory secondary education professors, rehabilitation secondary education, professors for qualifying secondary education and the regular frameworks of academies and components of vocational training institutions, researchers, teachers of old education institutions and usual employees to carry out teaching tasks in training institutions and teachers of education and education institutionsIt is affiliated with the private sector.

The requirements of the decree indicate that the faculty and training frameworks can provide distance learning classes in their work headquarters or their residence or when necessary in other headquarters that are determined by the relevant authorities.

Remote learning can be done by facing the faculty and training frameworks to contact learners with information systems or create virtual departments to provide lessons and training to them, or by providing digital resources for distance learning through the electronic portal of the Ministry or websites of institutions or through their pages on communication networksSocial, or through school or radio television channels or phone applications, taking into account the status of learners with disabilities.

The decree provides for the benefit of the faculty and training frameworks that provide remote learning classes from the same rights assigned to them when they exercise their duties in a presence, and they also benefit from daily compensation for the expenses of transportation if they record the distance learning classes outside the city in which their workplace is located.
